About Us

People first. Always.

MagniFind Solutions exists to help people with disabilities pursue work, independence, and community life on their own terms — with support that is respectful, practical, and dependable.

Mission

To help individuals with disabilities find, build, and sustain lives of opportunity, independence, and belonging.

We do this through individualized services, honest partnership with families, and steady presence in the community — meeting people where they are and moving at their pace.

Vision

Communities where disability is ordinary, contribution is expected, and support is always within reach.

We want the people we serve to be known as coworkers, neighbors, and friends — not as cases or caseloads.

Core Values

The commitments behind every plan we write

  • Dignity First

Every person we support is an adult with preferences, history, and goals. Support is offered with respect, never imposed.

  • Person-Centered

Plans start with the person's own words about the life they want, not with a list of available slots.

  • Accessible by Design

Communication, meetings, materials, and environments are shaped so people can participate fully.

  • Dependability

Showing up consistently is the foundation of trust for individuals, families, and employers.

  • Community Belonging

Real inclusion happens in workplaces, neighborhoods, and everyday relationships — not in isolation.

  • Honest Partnership

We communicate clearly with families and partners about what we can do and how we will do it.

Our Approach

A simple, transparent process

  1. Listen

We start with a conversation — goals, routines, strengths, concerns, and what has and hasn't worked before.

  2. Plan

Together we outline which supports make sense, who is involved, and what success looks like in the person's own terms.

  3. Support

Our team delivers support in real settings: workplaces, homes, and community spaces where skills actually get used.

  4. Adjust

We review progress regularly and change the plan as goals, health, or circumstances shift.

Individuals & Families

Our commitment to the people who trust us

Families often come to us tired of repeating their story. We commit to listening carefully the first time, communicating in plain language, and being straightforward about what we can and cannot do.

  • Clear points of contact and timely follow-up
  • Accessible communication in the format that works best
  • Respect for the person's choices and privacy
  • Coordination with the wider circle of support

Community Impact

Inclusion is built locally

Every successful placement, community connection, and confident bus ride widens what a community believes is possible. We invest in relationships with local employers, organizations, and providers so opportunities keep growing across Maryland.
